7. Vehicle Documentation Responsibility

Once a bidder successfully purchases a vehicle from financial institutions such as banks, insurance salvage companies, or leasing companies:

• The bidder is fully responsible for vehicle documentation and ownership transfer.
• AuttoBuddy Automobiles Pvt Ltd is not responsible for vehicle paperwork, registration transfer, or documentation issues.

8. Changes to Terms

AuttoBuddy Automobiles Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically when accessing the Website or participating in auctions.

9. Limitation of Liability
